One Touch guarantees seamless two-way audio interactivity with the latest VoIP technology between the course instructor and remote employees. Instructors will have the capability to issue pop questions, distribute quizzes, resend course contents, and produce questions for polling. The employees in training will utilize Response Keypads (RK) to log in, participate in polling, request calls, and answer questions. To monitor progress and measure accountability, all participant responses are captured and stored in a built-in SQL database while also exporting to corporate LMS.
